ASSALT IN THE SECOND DEGREE

SEONG did intentionally or knowingly cause bodily injury to [REDACTED], a person who is sixty years of age or older and the age of the injured person is known or reasonably should be known to the person causing the injury, thereby committing the offense of Assault in the Second Degree in violation of Section 707-711(1)(m) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. "Bodily injury" means physical pain, illness, or any impairment of physical condition."
